We have been exploring ways in which our coaches can help improve our athletes' performance for a long time. The expertise of The Threshold coaching team has grown, and we are thrilled to introduce a new feature for our athletes - MindShift Performance Coaching.

MindShift Performance is Integrative Mental Performance Platform that brings a fresh perspective to our philosophy by delving a deeper into understanding the inner workings of our athletes. While we excel at training their physical potential, we also recognize the importance of addressing their psychological well-being. Many times, our clients encounter obstacles such as fear, performance slumps, mental barriers, or self-doubt. By adopting an integrative approach to mental performance, we equip athletes with tools to conquer their previous limitations. The necessary assistance for achieving breakthroughs is readily available, and we are prepared to put it into action.

We have a couple of options for introducing the enhanced version of our coaching services. The first option is for our current athletes to schedule a complimentary 30-minute call with our MindShift Performance Coach to evaluate potential areas for enhancement in their mental performance. If you are not currently a client, you can arrange an initial consultation with our MindShift Performance Coach to address the specific areas you wish to improve in your current sport. Subsequent sessions can be scheduled individually or as part of a package. Given that mental training often gets left behind physical training, our coaches will guide clients through a systematic process to help them gain the 10% they have been searching for.
A second option is offered to athletes who are unsure about their need for MindShift Performance Coaching but are interested in exploring the fundamental mental training techniques necessary for achieving optimal performance. Further blog posts will delve into five aspects of sports psychology, potentially uncovering any existing performance weaknesses. These areas include energy management, self-confidence, motivation, focus, and mental rehearsal. Following each blog post, a discount code will be provided for readers who identify specific areas they wish to improve upon. This approach allows our audience to gain knowledge about mental training tools, while enabling our coaches to closely assist them in preparation for key events.
