How to load one of our structured workouts on Zwift

Now that your TrainingPeaks account is linked to Zwift, if you have a structured running or cycling workout loaded on your TrainingPeaks account for the day, you will be able to load this on Zwift.

 

To do so follow the steps below:

 

Step 1: Open Zwift the application

 

Step 2: Add your training devices (Trainer, Heart rate monitor etc)

 

Step 3: Once the devices are added move to the next screen and click on "Training"

 

 

Step 4: Scroll until you see the folder called "TrainingPeaks Custom Workouts". Click on this and then click on your workout for the day.

 

 

Step 5: Ride on!
