6 WEEK INDOOR CYCLING PROGRAM
Please make sure you read the following below and meet the requirements before signing up:
1. You are 19 years or older and not a prior or existing customer.
2. You have read the Terms & Conditions.
3. You own a smart trainer or bicycle with a power meter on an indoor trainer.
4. You have 6-8 Hrs a week to commit to training.
5. Training days generally fall on Tue, Wed, Thurs, Sat & Sun.
6. This program is standardised and therefore not custom built for each individual.
