The Threshold PerformanceBundle™
It is divided into three key elements:
- Testing
- Consultation
- Programming
This is the perfect solution for an athlete looking to increase their performance. It incorporates a feedback consultation with the athlete after a 2 week testing block. This session is used to identify potential gaps for improvement. This consultation and review session forms the foundation for the programming over the defined custom program period.
NOTE* No feedback is provided on the sessions done on the program. If feedback is required, the athlete is encouraged to take a premium coaching package that will suit and fulfill that need.
Testing:
The testing protocol is done over two weeks and involves 5s, 1min, 5min, and 20min power tests done over a week. The second week is a general conditioning week to give the coach time to review the athlete's data and provide appropriate feedback. Feedback is based on historical training data, historical power data as well as current power outputs.
Consultation:
The consultation is virtual via video call and can be booked for the week after the testing week. Booking occurs on the website via our online booking feature - here
Program:
The program build will be based on the identified areas from the data analysis post testing and review session performed by the coach.
For Threshold PerformanceBundle™ it is encouraged that the athlete comes into the program with some training form and not off a very low base or no training at all. Again, this may be addressed with either a general program or premium coaching first. From there the athlete can transition to the Threshold PerformanceBundle™.

Testing

Program
8 weeks using data analysis, current testing data numbers as well as historical data sets.
